65ml Hind Cognac
25ml Burnt Orange and Vanilla syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
One Egg white
Dry Shake ingredients and taste, if too sweet add more lemon.
Wet shake and double strain into a coupe, garnish with a length of orange peel, express oils over the cocktail for aromatherapy.
Enjoy with hirrisha kingfish or even a classic vanilla slice.
