Heifer Station Shiraz is an elegant cool climate style of Shiraz with succulent fruit character in abundance on the nose and soft savoury tannins across the palate. The wine is underpinned by spice and earth tones. Medium bodied, textural and moreish with abundant forward fruit flavours. The wine is balanced with natural acidity carrying the wine.

About Heifer Station: Heifer Station vineyard is situated between 860-900m elevation on the undulating slopes of Mt Canobolas. Shiraz was planted in the vineyard in 1999 and makes up 3.8 Hectares of the 25 Hectares of fruit under vine.
