One of the best varieties in Orange. The Printhie Mountain Range 2021 Chardonnay is a wonderful example of cool climate, high elevation vineyards, mix of barrel and tank fermentation, yeast lees aged six months. Modern Australian chardonnay. Citrus, stone fruit and a hint of tropical richness. Fresh and lively with fruit purity. Some bread dough and savoury oak complexity in the background. Good flavour intensity with excellent persistence. Nice balance, not overtly oaky but enough to add complexity.
