Shiraz is Australia’s most famous red variety and it does extremely well in Orange, producing a distinct regional style which is delicate and a little different from your standard big “Aussie” style.
Printhie Mountain Range 2019 Shiraz is 100% Estate grown. Cool climate, medium bodied, generous fruit, touch of spice, background oak. Bright colour. Generous fresh berry fruit mixed with a bit of pepper and spice. Attractive savoury oak adds complexity with cedar and a touch of toastiness and chocolate. Very good flavour intensity and generous, rich texture. Fine tannins provide lovely length. Not overwhelmed with dry tannins on the finish.
