The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of the Ross Hill vineyard sources. Predominantly sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Orange Region, the Ross Hill 'Pinnacle' Pinot Gris wine was fermented in 2/3 stainless steel with the balance fermented in neutral French Oak. Time on lees has resulted in a full bodied expression of the Pinot Gris grape. A highly aromatic wine with flavours of ripe beurre bosc pears being at the forefront of the palate.
