The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of the Ross Hill vineyard sources. Entirely crafted from their estate vineyards, this vintage was sourced from their Griffin Road vineyard (80%) and complemented by their Wallace Lane vineyard (20%).

Daily hand plunging followed an early saignée during the whole berry fermentation in small open vats. The blend was matured in 25% new French oak for 9 months. The resultant delicious, powerful and ethereal wine from a cool, viticulturally challenging year, has the capacity to improve in the cellar for several years.
