Philip Shaw No 19 Sauvignon Blanc distinguishes itself with its fullness of texture and depth of character, mirroring the Sauvignon of the Loire Valley with its dry character. This Sauvignon Blanc has seen a small time in oak barrel to round out the acid structure creating a great balance between varietal flavours; lively passionfruit fragrance, nuances of florals and minerals supported by a back bone of nettles and green capsicum. This is an elegant wine with lovely intensity and weight and great with food.
