Ross Hill 'Pinnacle' Blanc de Blancs is light clear and clean with a hint of pale yellow in colour. Savoury nose of toast and almond. The fine bead dances nicely in the glass, which lift the pallet of citrus peel and grapefruit, a long line of acid, make for a perfect aperitif wine. Further age will add to the complexity of this wine for years to come.
