Swift Cuvée was Awarded Best Australian NV Cuvée at the 2021 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in London. The Swift range has also been awarded Best Sparkling in NSW for the last four consecutive years. Swift Sparkling wines are single vineyard, high elevation wines that sit alongside the best sparkling wines from across Australia.
The Swift Cuvée is usually chardonnay dominant but embraces the complexity that pinot noir and reserve wines can bring to the blend.
Source from a single vineyard, hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, fermented and matured separately until blending. Wonderful freshness, vibrancy and complexity which can only be achieved with great fruit, gentle handling and patience – time in bottle.
